Born and raised in the dusty township of Sebokeng in Vaal, Masedi is an artist of note with tremendous singing talent.

This young singer produced a hit song called “SHO” which is currently played by many local radio stations and also popular on Facebook. Masedi has shared the stage with the likes of Ok Malum Koolcat, Kwesta and Ricky Rick. The song “SHO” has brought excitement to many local young people with more than 2000 social media downloads so far also making his SHO Cap line acquiring sales in events selling at R100 a cap.

Apart from music, Masedi is also the founder of Bathong Mineral Water which is invading local events and seems to be enjoyed by many of his fans.Masedi is listed on every big event happening in the Vaal and he has showed a lot of passion in his performances. Graduated at University of Johannesburg with Bcom Accounting and currently doing his honors and also studying business management, Masedi believes that education should go hand in hand with talent.

“Young people should value education and see its importance rather than rely only on talent because you end up being used by recording companies when you are uneducated,” he said. On the 30th of this month, Masedi will be shooting his music video for SHO from 2pm and he invites his fans to the location at APF Portuguese Hall in Vanderbijlpark behind Palms Mall.
