MIDVAAL – The Midvaal Local Municipality has once again proven its leadership in good governance and service delivery after being named Gauteng’s Best-Performing Municipality at the inaugural 2025 Municipal Performance Awards.
The prestigious awards, hosted by the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) in partnership with the Property Ratings Afrika and the Banking Association of South Africa (BASA), celebrate municipalities that demonstrate financial health, strong governance, fiscal discipline, and outstanding service delivery.
Midvaal received the top provincial honour for its contribution to the property sector and municipal sustainability, reinforcing its reputation as a well-managed and resident-focused municipality.
